A full-time opening for a Post-Doctoral Associate is available beginning summer or fall 2008 and continuing through the 2008-2009 school year with possible extension for a second year. The NSF study on sustaining high quality in organizations is led by Professor Roger Schroeder with Professors Andrew Van de Ven and Kevin Linderman as co-investigators. The purpose of the study is to determine why organizations that have strong competitive positions in product quality lose their position only to possibly gain it back later.
