Description
Tenure-track faculty position beginning August 2010. Candidates are expected to pursue a high-quality research agenda in topics such as manufacturing or service supply chains, supply chain disruption & risk management, rapid response to dynamic events, management of extreme events, etc. and publish in leading journals in supply chain & operations management. Must play a significant role in development and delivery of MBA, undergraduate and Ph.D.-level courses. Candidates are also expected to play an active role with respect to a new MBA option in global service & supply management (GSSM).
Qualifications
Candidates should have completed Ph.D. degree from a strong research university by August 2010 and must demonstrate potential to publish in top-tier journals. Evidence of effective teaching experience is highly desirable.
Department
The Department of Operations Management & Strategy offers undergraduate, MBA and Ph.D. programs in Strategy, and Supply Chain & Operations Management. An M.S. degree in Supply Chains & Operations Management is also offered.
School
