Job duties:
- Overall day-to-day management of the Splicing operation
- Perform production scheduling for the Splicing operation
- Manage all aspects of the Quality function for the complete operation, including incoming inspection, SCAR management, RGA management, FMEA analysis, root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Develop, document and implement correct Splicing manufacturing processes
- Train and manage Splicing employees to ensure they are following correct processes that result in the manufacture of a quality product
- Improve manufacturing process flow to ensure a maximum production lead time of 2 days
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Engineering
- 3 – 5 years experience in fabrication, management, production and quality to include all practices of distribution and production
- Personnel management experience
- Analytical background
- Multi-tasking
- Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred)
