The Department invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at Assistant Professor rank. We are interested in candidates in the area of Risk Management. Applicants should have a PhD degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related disciplines, and a demonstrated potential for excellent teaching and research.

The successful candidate is expected to develop a vigorous research program and to teach courses in Risk Management and the general area of Industrial Engineering. Those with additional teaching interests in Applied Statistics and/or Information Technology would have an advantage.

The Department currently has a strong group of researchers specializing in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and Design, Manufacturing and Quality. Located in the gateway to China and the most dynamic logistics hub of Asia, the Department is expected to experience rapid growth.

Salary is competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include annual leave, medical/dental benefits. Housing benefits will be provided where applicable.
