The 2011 conference of POMS College of Service Operations will be held on June 2-5 in Ithaca, New York. It is jointly the 12th International Research Symposium on Service Excellence in Management (QUIS12). It will be hosted by The Center for Hospitality Research, School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, in conjunction with The Center for Services Leadership (Arizona State University) and The Service Research Center (Karlstad University and Warwick University).
