The College of Service Operations is hosting a mini-conference on Thursday May 8, 2014 in honor of the 25th anniversary of POMS. The event will be held one day before the main POMS conference at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis hotel, the site of the main POMS conference. The mini-conference will include talks by:

John Sparrow, Director of BoardWalk Consulting and former VP and General Manager of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra
Tammy Farley, President of Rainmaker Group
Paul Snyder, VP of Corporate Responsibility-Sustainability at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG)

In the afternoon we will visit Delta’s Engine Maintenance Services Operations. Attendees must be registered online by April 15 to attend the Delta tour.

The mini-conference starts at 10am and includes lunch and a networking reception at the hotel after the Delta tour.
