2023 Best Paper Award Competition
The College of Humanitarian Operations and Crisis Management (HOCM) is pleased to announce the 2023 Best Paper Award Competition results. This year, the competition continues with impressive, high-quality submissions and topics. For this reason, we want to thank the authors for their valuable contributions and referees for reviewing and determining the finalists and winners.
