College of Service Operations Mini-conference: Thursday, May 7, 2026

Dear College of Service Operations members:

 

Our college will organize a mini-conference at Lake Tahoe, CA, on Thursday, May 7, 2026, one day before the main conference. We will have service operations activities at Northstar California Resort and the Lake Tahoe area. Come and join us by registering for the POMS College of Service Operations mini conference online.
