2026 OAPEX Junior Scholar Paper Development Session

The POMS College of Operations in AI, Platforms and Exponential Technologies (OAPEX) invites submissions to the 2026 OAPEX Junior Scholar Paper Development Session. We welcome papers related to AI, platforms, and fast-moving technologies and their impact on operations management. The submission deadline is March 27, 2026.

The session is open to all PhD students and assistant professors, and the goal of the session is to provide relevant feedback before the initial submission of a paper to the POM journal. The submissions will be assigned to senior scholars, many of whom are serving editors in the POM journal. During the session at the POM 2026 conference, the authors will meet their mentors and get feedback to succeed in the review process.
