AI capabilities are advancing rapidly—but turning those capabilities into real organizational value is a much harder problem. In this lecture, Prof. and Dean Emeritus Ramayya Krishnan explores how firms can evaluate AI reliably, redesign workflows and roles around it, and build the workforce skills needed for effective deployment. From multi-turn AI failures to workflow redesign and reskilling, the central question is: How do we move from impressive AI capability to scalable, trustworthy value creation?
