POMS Ph.D. JOB SEARCH Workshop Series

The Production and Operations Management Society (POMS) offers a comprehensive workshop series tailored specifically for doctoral students who are embarking on their job search journey this fall. This series is designed to give them an understanding of the faculty recruiting process, how best to prepare their dossier, and how to navigate the interview process.

Our workshop series will consist of three virtual sessions, each scheduled for August, September, and October, respectively. These sessions will be conducted by a panel of distinguished faculty and academic leaders renowned in their fields. Each session is expected to last approximately 1.5 hours, providing in-depth coverage of the topics.

To ensure that those who are close to graduating receive timely guidance, priority registration will be granted to Ph.D. students nearing the completion of their programs. We highly recommend attending all three sessions to maximize the benefits of this series. Registration for this workshop series is absolutely free.

Details about the 2023 workshop series can be found here
